This percentage was chosen for a number of reasons, during the time that I know the html language, I was able to master basic tags and attributes, but there are also various good tags and attributes that I have not yet learned.

PHP
This percentage would be chosen due to the fact that I have been studying the php programming language for less than a year and in this language there are many different abilities that I plan to master in the future.

This percentage was chosen due to the fact that this programming language is huge in terms of abilities and has mastered them partially at the moment, but in the future I will improve my knowledge of this language.
